摘要
白炭黑作为许多新材料的重要组元,已经被广泛研究。本文系统地描述了白炭黑在工业中的应用,并介绍了现有的白炭黑制备方法,如以蒙脱石为原料的碱浸法、以四氯化硅为原料的气相法、以水玻璃为原料的沉淀法等。对各种方法对比发现,提高沉淀法白炭黑的性能,使之接近气相法白炭黑,是今后白炭黑生产的重要发展方向。
Amorphous silica, as one of important components for many new materials, has been researched widely. The authors introduce its application in many fields and its current preparation techniques, e.g. taking montmorillonite as raw material to prepare amorphous silica by NaOH liquor lixiviation; taking SiCI4 as raw material to prepare amorphous silica by gas-sediment and taking Naz, SiO3 as raw material to prepare amorphous silica by sedimentation. Comparison among various preparation technigues shows that it is an important way for amorphous silica preparation to approach gas-sediment amorphous silica by improving of sedimentation amorphous silica.
