经尿道双极气化治疗高危前列腺增生症疗效观察

摘要 目的:探讨经尿道双极气化治疗高危前列腺增生症(BPH)的安全性及疗效。方法:高危BPH共58例。采用英国佳乐等离子内窥镜系统经尿道双极气化切除前列腺(PKRP)。结果:手术时间25~150min。平均46.8min。术中出血15~120mL,平均31.5mL。前列腺18~150g,平均34.8g。无1例死亡。术中无大出血及电切综合症(TURS)的发生。术中、术后血钾,血钠、血糖无显著变化。术后膀胱冲洗1~3d,保留导尿管4~6d,拔管后均排尿通畅。出院后随访1个月。平均残余尿量、国际前列腺评分(IPSS)、生活质量评估(QOL)术前/术后分别为80.3mL/14.5mL、23.4/6.7、5.0/2.1。结论:经过围手术期细心周到的处理,对于高危BPH的治疗,PKRP疗效确切,并有良好的安全性。
