摘要
目的:建立测定心脑治胶囊(三七,水蛭,土鳖虫)中3种皂苷类成分三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,使用C18柱,流动相为乙腈-水梯度洗脱,0—3min,20%-25%乙腈,3—15min,25%-45%乙腈;检测波长为203nm;室温。结果:此方法能使样品中的3种皂苷类成分得到良好分离,且线性关系良好,平均加样回收率:三七皂苷R1为102.93%,RSD为1.26%;人参皂苷Rg1为105.68%,RSD为1.52%;人参皂苷Rb1为104.34%,RSD为0.70%。结论:本法简便、快速。结果令人满意,可用于作为心脑治胶囊质量控制方法之一。
AIM: To develop a method of determining notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Rg1 and Rb1 contents in Xinnaozhi Capsule ( Radix et Rhizoma Notogineseng, Hirudo, Eupolyphaga seu steleophage). METHODS : HPLC was used to determine notoginsenoside R1 , ginsenoside Rg1 and Rb1 in Xinnaozhi Capsule. The separation was performed by Zorbax C18 eolunm with aeetonitrile and water using a gradient program at UV 203nm at room temperature. The elution program was 0 - 3 min, 20% - 25% aeetonitrile, 3 - 15 min, 25% - 45% aeetonitrile. RESULTS: 3 saponins were separated well. Average recoveries were 102.93% for notoginsenoside R1 (RSD = 1.26% ) ; 105.68% for ginsenoside Rg1 (RSD = 1.52% ) ; 104.34% for ginsenoside Rb1 (RSD = 0.70% ), respectively. CONCLUSION : The method is simple and rapid and with satisfactory results. It is suitable for quality control of Xinnaozhi Capsules.
