摘要 目的 建立二花三草合剂质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱鉴别处方中金银花、红花、夏枯草。用高效液相色谱法测定绿原酸的含量。结果在薄层色谱图中捡出金银花、红花、夏枯草的特征斑点。绿原酸在0.005~0.08mg·mL^-1范围内峰面积与浓度线性关系良好,r=0.9998。平均加样回收率为98.6%(n=6),RSD为1.56%。结论该方法快速、可靠、简便,可作二花三草合剂质量控制方法。 OBJECTIVE To establish the quality control for erhuasancao mixtures. METHODS Identification of Flos earthami, flos lonicerae japonicae and spica prunellae by TLC, and determination of chlorogenic acid by HPLC were done. RESULTS Flos carthami, Flos lonicerae japonicae, spica prunellae, in minghuang gao gel could be detec ted obviously by TLC. The calibration curves were linear in the range of 5. 0-80. 0 mg · L^-1 for chlorogenic acid, r= 0. 999 8. The average recoveriy of chlorogenic acid was 98. 6% (n = 6), RSD= 1.56%. CONCLUTIONS The method is simple, accurate, reliable, and can be used for quality control of erhuasancao mixtures.
