ZL201铝合金多弧离子镀涂层的耐腐蚀性能的研究 被引量:2

Anticorrosivity of Ti-Cr-N films deposited on ZL201 aluminum alloy by multi-arc ion-plating

摘要 用多弧离子镀的方法在ZL 201铝合金表面制备了T i-C r-N涂层,并在T i-C r-N涂层上制备了一层脂类薄膜。用扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪对涂层表面形貌和物相进行了分析。结果表明:T i-C r-N涂层中的C r以固溶体的方式存在于T iN晶体中,没有形成单独的C rN相。经过后处理的试件的盐雾腐蚀实验表明涂层可以有效提高ZL 201铝合金的抗盐雾腐蚀的能力。 The Ti-Cr-N films were deposited on ZL201 aluminum alloy by the multi-arc ion-plating, on which there was a lipid coating. Their surface morphology and phase were analyzed by SEM and XRD. The results showed that in the TiN crystal Cr is in form of solid solution without single CrN phase formed. The salt mist test result showed that the ZL201 aluminum alloy coated with such films has a good anticorrosivity against salt water.
