摘要
用硅胶干燥向日葵种子,得到5%以下不同含水量的种子,于50℃人工老化,同时进行抗氧化酶系统、MDA、热稳定蛋白的动态变化跟踪比较,结果表明:人工老化后,适当超干的(MC=3.67%,MC=2.08%)种子仍具有较高的发芽率与活力指数,且种子内部清除活性氧的酶SOD(超氧歧化酶)、POD(过氧化物酶)、CAT(过氧化氢酶)仍保持较高的活性,脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的积累也明显少于对照,热稳定蛋白也以适度超干的向日葵种子为最高.
By drying with silica ,diferent moisture content sunflower seeds (less 5% MC) were got, then accelerated ageing them at 50 centigrate temperature. At the same time, we studied the anti-oxidase. MDA. heat-stable proteins, the results showed that, comparing with cotrol seeds, moderate ultradried seeds (MC=3.67%, MC=2.08%) had higher vigor, and SOD.CAT.POD activity were significantly greater, the content of MDA were lower, heat-stable proteins content were higher than control seeds.
