摘要
铝灰是一种采源于电解铝厂、铝型材厂、铸造铝合金厂等铝冶炼企业的工业废渣。以废铝灰为主要原料,添加一定量的粘土、石英和降低烧成温度的添加剂,采用压制成型法制备了高性能的陶瓷清水砖。经研究发现用于降低烧成温度的复合添加剂的加入不仅大大降低了烧成温度,而且可有效控制样品的收缩变形。制备的清水砖的主要由(CaAl2Si2O8,α-Al2O3等晶相组成,气孔率为30%~50%,抗折强度〉20MPa,抗压强度〉60MPa。这种陶瓷清水砖是传统的墙体材料粘土烧结砖的良好的替代品。
A high performanee simple brick was made front the aluminium scruff ash. Some day,quartz and several kinds of additives aimed to decrease the firing temperature were used, and it was discovered that the compound additives could not only decrese the firing temperature,but could also control the deformation of the samples.The porosity of the simple brick is 30%-50%,bending strength 〉20MPa,compression strength 〉60 MPa,and the main crystal phases were CaAl2Si2O8,α-Al2O3.From the point of environment protection.it was the best substitution of such traditional wall matenial as clay firing brick.
