摘要
南苑小区规划设计提出了“延续城市文脉，人工环境与自然环境有机融合、创造时代精神。”的设计思想，力求在形态布局、绿化水系、步行系统、景观设计等方面有所创新，形成特色。作者试图以此探索我国居住小区规划设计方法。
The design main idea shown as' lasting city context, organic combination of man-made environment and nature environment. Creating mordern spirit' is raised in the design of Nanyuan housing estate. The author try to bring new ideas on respects of form lay-out, open space and water system, walking system, landscape design in order to creat its unique characteristic. He also tries to search for the design methods on modern housing estate in our country.
