摘要
针对敏捷维修对底层数据采集的要求,采用CAN现场总线技术,提出了一种用于敏捷维修中的数据采集系统的构建方案;重点介绍了构成系统的关键部件PCI5121总线适配卡和温度测量节点的设计,并对部分软件的设计作出关键性说明;结果表明,采用CAN总线提高了信号传输的实时性和可靠性。
Based on the features of CAN bus technology, a scheme of a data acquisition system for the requirement of Agile Maintenance is proposed. The critical component of the system, PCI5121 adapter module is introduced. And the design of temperature measurement node based on CAN bus is also discussed in detail. The results show that adopting the CAN bus can improve the real time and dependability of the signal transmission.
