摘要
给出了虚拟装配环境下基于人机交互的装配路径规划方法,根据实际需要提出了针对交互式虚拟装配路径规划方法的装配路径优选算法,优选算法基于虚拟装配路径节点投影,能够有效消除由于虚拟装配环境下触觉缺失而造成的路径抖动以及折返现象。实例验证以及实验结果表明,交互式虚拟装配路径规划及优选方法有效可行,能够满足虚拟装配系统的需要。
A human--computer--interaction based assembly path planning method was presented in virtual assembly environment. A path optimal algorithm for the path planning method was given. The optimal algorithm was based on virtual assembly path node projection, and can eliminate the fluctuating assembly path, which was caused by the lack of haptic feeling. Application and experimental results manifest that the proposed method is efficient and feasible and can fulfill the requirements of virtual assembly system.
