摘要
通过在饲料中加入不同浓度梯度的双乙酸钠防霉剂,在一定的间隔时间对饲料中的霉菌进行计数,由霉菌数的变化而得出防霉剂的抑菌效力.对霉菌进行分离纯化,对常见的几种霉菌进行最低抑菌浓度测定,得出该防霉剂的有效抑菌浓度.通过饲料贮藏试验,与市售其它两种防霉剂比较防霉效果,结果表明双乙酸钠防霉剂对饲料具有较好的防霉作用.
Sodium Diacetate(SDA) is a new type of antimound reagent of feedstuff with high efficiency, low dosage and no toxicity. In this paper, different concentration of SDA is added to feedstuff; mould in the feedstuff is counted at regular intervals; antimould efficiency is educed by the variety of mould count. MIC of SDA is tested after the moulds in feedstuff are separated and purified. The antimould effect is compared with two other antimould reagents by feedstuff preservation test. The results show SDA has good antimould effects to feedstuff.
