摘要
为了给音圈电机的选用提供理论基础,详细阐述了音圈电机的技术工作原理和结构形式,作为一种特殊结构形式的新型直驱电机,音圈电机具有高加速度、高速度、快速响应、平滑力特性等优良性能.在此基础上分别给出了直线音圈电机和旋转音圈电机的选型计算方法,并对音圈电机的应用场合进行了详细介绍.从而为音圈电机的具体应用提供了理论依据.
This paper aims at offering a theoretical basis for choosing voice-coil actuator. As a new type of direct-drive motor with special structure, voice-coil actuator is characterized by being of high acceleration, high speed, smooth force, fast actuation and so on. After a detailed description of the working principle and structural characters of voice-coil actuator, this paper has presented the method for choosing linear voice-coil actuator and spiral voice-coil actuator; it has also introduced the applications of voice-coil actuator.
