摘要
目的:建立HPLC-ELSD法测定银杏叶口腔崩解片中银杏内酯A,B,C及白果内酯含量。方法:VP-ODSC18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为正丙醇-四氢呋喃-水(1:15:84),流速1.0 ml·min-1,ELSD检测器。结果:银杏内酯A、B、C及白果内酯的线性范围分别为:0.18-3.56 mg·ml-1(r=0.999 8)0.11-2.18 mg·ml-1(r=0.999 8),0.14-2.78 mg.ml-1(r= 0.999 7)及0.16-3.10 mg·ml-1(r=0.999 8),平均回收率分别为99.9%(RSD 2.9%),100.7%(RSD 3.0%),100.0%(RSD 1.8%)及100.1%(RSD2.6%)。结论:方法简单,准确,可用于银杏叶口腔崩解片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC ELSD method for determination the content of ginkgolide ABC and bilobalide in Ginkgo biloba L of buccal tablets. Method: the VP-ODS C18 column( 150 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used, the propanol-tetrabydrofuronwater ( 1 : 15: 84) as mobile phose, the flow rate was 1.0 ml.min^-1 the ELSD detector was used. Result: the linear ranges of Ginkgolide A B C and hilobalide were 0.18-3.56 mg. ml ^-1 ( r=0.999 8 ) ,0.11-2.18 mg. ml^-1 ( r = 0.999 8 ), 0.14 -2.78 mg. ml^-1 ( r = 0.999 7 ) and bilobalide 0.16-3.10 mg·ml^-1 (r = 0.999 8), respectively, the average recoveries of Ginkgolide A B C and bilobalide were 99.9% ( RSD 2.9% ), 100.7% ( RSD 3.0%), 100.0% (RSD 1.8% ), 100.1 %( RSD 2. 6% ) respectively. Conclusion: the method is simple and accurate, it can be used for quality control of, buccal tablets
