中华秋海棠的显微鉴别

Pharmacognostic Studies on Begonia sinensis Rhizome

目的:建立中华秋海棠Begonia sinensis A．DC．根茎的生药鉴定方法。方法:用性状鉴别、显微鉴别对生药进行分析。结果:描述了中华秋海棠根茎的性状和横切面结构特征,发现其含有簇状针晶、腺毛、环螺纹导管等显微特征。结论:这些特征可作为中华秋海棠根茎鉴别的依据。

Objective： To establish the characteristic method of rude medicinal material of rhizome of Begonia sinensis. Method： The characteristic features of the rhizome were studies by morphological and microscopic observation. Results： The description and transverse features of transverse section of the rhizome were described, and in the powder the microscopic features such as cluster needie crystals, tentacle, ring-thread vessel were found. Conclusion ： The characteristics can be used to differentiate the rhizome of Begonia sinensis.
