摘要 作为空冷系统最主要的设计参数,初始温差值(ITD)的优化设计对提高直接空冷系统的经济性起着举足轻重的作用。介绍了直接空冷系统初始温差值的优化理论,探讨了优化过程和计算方法。并以空冷系统年总费用为目标函数,对某地区直接空冷机组进行案例分析,优化设计了ITD值,得到了系统最佳ITD值和最小年总费用,同时从煤价、空冷凝汽器管束价格和环境温度三方面进行了敏感性分析,分别得出煤价、空冷凝汽器管束价格和环境温度变化时年总费用与ITD值的关系曲线。分析计算的结果对直接空冷系统的设计和运行都有重要的参考价值。 Optimizing design of the initial temperature difference(ITD), which is one of the main design parameters in air-cooling systems, plays an important role in raising its economy, An introduction to the optimization theory of direct air-cooling system's initial temperature difference is being presented, together with an explanation of the optimization process and way of calculation. With the total annual expenditure of a direct air-cooling system as the objective function and such a system in a certain region as an example, the system's ITD value was designed optimally to make the total annual cost minimal. Simultaneously, a sensitivity analysis of the coal pric, of the air-cooled condenser tubes' price and of the environmental temperature was performed, therewith obtaining the relationship between total annual cost and the relevant ITD value within a range of variation of the above mentioned influencing factors. The calculation results may serve as a reference for later design and operation of direct air-cooled systems, Figs 3, table 1 and refs 7,
