摘要
针对某生产厂饮用纯净水成品中微生物总数超标,对生产各环节进行分析和改造,通过采取增大臭氧投加量和混合程度、保证灌瓶纯净水臭氧残留量、改善冲瓶用水质量等技术措施,使微生物总数由65cfu/ml降低到1cfu/ml以下,达到GB17324-1998要求,并持续稳定。
One manufacturer was troubled with the problem that the total quantity of microorganisms in its finished bottled purified water for drinking exceeded the standard concerned. By analyzing and modifying the production processes, increasing the dosage of ozone and raising the mixing ratio, guaranteeing the residue of ozone in bottled purified water and improving the quality of water for bottle rinsing, the total quantity of microorganisms was reduced from 65 cfu/ml to 1 cfu/ml, not only complying with the National Standard GB 17324-1998 but also keeping constant.
