摘要 缓释制剂的研究中,壳聚糖作为药物载体以其安全无毒、生物相容性好、缓释性能优良等优点越来越受到关注.综述了壳聚糖作为药物缓释载体的缓释机理的研究进展. In the research of releasing dose preparation, chitosan as drug carrier, for its safe, non-toxic, good bio-compatibility and excellent releasing ability, is getting more and more attention. The paper outlines the releasing mechanism progress in Chitosan-based drug carrier.
