摘要
采用醇盐钛酸四丁酯(TNB)的乙醇溶液,在70℃下进行分步水解与结晶,制备了锐钛矿相型纳米二氧化钛(TiO_(2))粉体并用氮等离子体辐照改性.以XRD、TG-DSC等方法对粉体进行了表征.用重铬酸根离子(Cr2O72-)还原为探针反应表征二氧化钛粉体的光催化性能;结果表明:当控制反应条件在pH=7、H2O/TNB的摩尔比为400,制备出的TiO2粉体经300℃热处理后产物的光催化性能最优;通过UV分析发现样品经氮等离子体辐照后,其吸收峰明显红移;辐照7min所得样品的光催化性能最佳.表明氮等离子体辐照对样品的光催化性能有较大影响.
Nanosized anatase titania powders were prepared by hydrolysis of titanium- terabutoxide in basic media and then dehydrated at 70 ℃ in acid media. Nanosized anatase TiO2 were nitridated in N2 plasma conditions. The powders were characterized by XRD, TG--DSC, UV and the photocatalytic degratdation of the Cr2O7^2- in TiO2. The result show that when we control pH=7, H2O/TNB = 400 ( molar of water - to - alkoxide) the titania powders are already anatase crystallites with good crystal lattices. The photocatalytic of the powders at 300 ℃ is best. The spectra of UV show that the light absorption moves to the visible region after the plasma treatment. After 7 rain nitridation, photocatalytic activity of the sample was excellent.
