摘要
培养和提升大学生就业能力已成为世界高等教育普遍关注的问题。本文从市场调节机制、社会人才观、学生学习动机三方面探讨了在图书馆学情报学专业教育中树立“就业能力”教学理念的必要性,并提出课程体系的制定、教学过程的执行、职业规划和就业指导是实施该理念的关键环节。
It' s a hot issue of higher education in the world to develop and promote the university student' s employability. The paper analyzes the necessity of the "employability" teaching principle of LIS education inf China from the market regualted mechanism, social talent view and student' s learning motive. Simultaneity, the paper points out that curriculum system certification, teaching process supervision, guidance for employment are key links to carry out the principle.
