摘要
研究了活性交联助剂N,N’-双亚糠基丙酮(VP-4)对过氧化物(DCP)硫化的三元乙丙橡胶(EP—DM)的硫化特性、力学性能、耐热空气老化性能、交联密度和压缩永久变形等的影响。结果表明,当VP-4用量较低(0.5~2.0份)时,胶料的正硫化时间缩短,最大弹性转矩和交联密度增大,压缩永久变形值明显下降,说明VP-4具有明显的促进交联作用。VP-4有效地提高了硫化胶耐热空气老化性能.尤其是高温(150℃)时的耐热空气老化性能得到明显改善。
The effects of active curing coagent N, N' -- bis (furfurylidene) acetone (VP-- 4) on the curing characteristics, mechanical properties, crosslinking densities, hot air aging resistance as well as compression set of EPDM cured by peroxide (DCP) were studied. The results showed that VP--4 had obvious accelerating effects on vulcanization when the content of VP--4 was about 0.5 to 2.0 phr. The optimum curing time of the compound was shorten. The maximum elastic torque and crosslinking density of the compound increased, while the compression set value decreased. VP--4 improved hot air aging resistance of the vulcanizate effectively, especially at higher testing temperature(150℃ ).
