摘要
造成犬急性心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型,测定静脉血中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量、心肌梗塞面积和梗塞程度,以评估人参皂甙对犬急性心肌缺血再灌注损伤后的保护作用.结果发现,人参皂甙能提高SOD、CAT活性(P<0.05),明显降低静脉血中LPO含量(P<0.05),缩小心肌梗塞范围,减轻心肌梗塞程度.提示:人参皂甙对犬心肌缺血再灌注损伤后的心肌具有良好的预防作用.
A model of acute ischemia-reperfusion injury was used. Superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and lipid peroxide (LPO) of venous blood, infarct size and infarct degree were determined to evaluate the protective effect of Ginsenoside on ischemia-reperfusion injury in dog heart. The results showed that SOD and CAT activity was enhanced (P< 0.05), LPO content lowered (P<0. 05), infarct size reduced and infarct degree lessened. These results indicate that Ginsenoside has a good protective effect on ischemia-reperfusion in dog heart.
