摘要
采用酯化法熔融聚合制得水分散性醇酸树脂,提高了水分散性醇酸树脂的外观状态和稳定性。酯化反应的终点通过酸值测定来控制,以6mgKOH/g最为适宜。使用不同的脂肪油合成了不同油度的水分散性醇酸树脂,通过涂膜性能测试确定了最佳的脂肪油种类和最佳的油度值。结果表明:由脱水蓖麻油制得的水分散性醇酸树脂的综合性能最好,油度以50%最为合适。
The water dispersive alkyd resin was prepared using the melting esterification polymerization. The appearance and stability of the water dispersive alkyd resin was improved. The end point of the esterification can be controlled by the acid value and 6mgKOH/g will be most proper. The water dispersive alkyd resins with different oil lengths were obtained using different fatty oils, and the proper kind of fatty oil and the proper oil length were determined by testing the properties of film. The resuits showed that the water dispersive alkyd resin made from synthenol has the best general properties and the most appropriate oil length is 50 %.
