摘要
电网故障信息处理系统的应用使调度人员可以迅速掌握电网故障时的情况以及继电保护动作行为,及时分析电网事故、迅速作出正确判断并快速恢复系统。在信息采集环节中,为避免规约转换等问题,在变电站自动化系统中采用了新一代通信标准体系IEC61850,从而使不同厂家的产品间实现无缝连接。介绍了故障信息处理系统的结构及功能,并对61850通信体系做了整体的概述。
With the application of fault information processing system ,the fault of the power system and the action of the relays can be mastered by dispatchers quickly. By analysing the fault of the power system, dispatchers can make the best decision and resume the system quickly. During the information acquisition process , substation automation uses the new communication system standard IEC61850 to avoid conversions of different records ,then the units from different manufacturers can be connected seamlessly. This article introduces the structure and the functions of the fault information process system , and summarizes the communication system standard IEC61850.
