摘要
本文分析了导致医学生就业难的各方面因素,重点分析了医学生在就业问题上的心态,归纳了各种可能的就业渠道,指出应当从多方面入手加强医学生就业指导工作。
This article analyzed the key factors leading to these difficulties, and put an emphasis on the students＇attitudes to their jobs.The article also discussed the possible ways to find jobs,and pointed out that we should give more guides to the students through diversity ways.
