摘要
以23个常见辣椒资源为试材,对影响果实品质的9项指标进行了测定,利用灰色关联度分析法进行优良干辣椒和优良鲜食辣椒的评估,并对各个指标间的相关性进行了分析。结果表明,8819、9701、南父和湘鹰椒是比较理想的干辣椒资源;2144、荷兰尖椒、J011和汴椒母本是比较理想的鲜食辣椒资源。
The quality of the capsicum fruit includes nutrition, flavor and commercial quality. This paper tested nine indexes which affect the quality of the capsicum fruit with twenty-three capsicum resources, evaluated these capsicum resources by gray relevancy analysis of data processing system, and analyzed the relationship between indexes. The results provide a simple and reliable way to evaluate and select capsicum resources for capsicum quality breeding.
