摘要
研究了嫁接对日光温室网纹甜瓜果实发育、糖含量的影响。结果表明:嫁接能够促进果实膨大、中果肉厚度增加。果实3个不同部位(蒂果肉、中果肉、脐果肉)内糖含量随果实的发育而变化。在果实发育前期(10~20DAA),3个不同部位内主要以果糖和葡萄糖为主,在20DAA之后蔗糖开始迅速积累。圣砧/顶峰与自根网纹甜瓜蔗糖积累模式基本一致,但世纪星/顶峰蔗糖积累模式与自根网纹甜瓜不同。在成熟时(35DAA),圣砧/顶峰和世纪星/顶峰均降低了网纹甜瓜3个不同部位的甜度指数,但世纪星/顶峰提高了其3个不同部位内蔗糖对甜度指数的贡献值。
Effects of grafting on development and sugar content of muskmelon fruit in solar-greenhouse were studied. The results indicated that fruit enlarging and thick of the middle part of mesocarp were increased by gratfing. Sugar content of three parts of the muskmelon fruit changed with fruit development, respectively pedicel part of the mesocarp, middle part of the mesocarp and umbilicus part of the mesocarp. During early fruit development, three parts of muskmelon fruit mainly accumulated fructose and glucose before onsets of sucrose accumulation after 20DAA. The pattern of sucrose accumulation was similar between Shengzhen/ Dingfeng and own-root muskmelon, but different to ShiJixing/Dingfeng. When muskmelon fruit ripen (35DAA), Shengzhen/Dingfeng and ShiJixing/Dingfeng decreased index of sweet taste of three parts of mesocarp of muskmelon fruit, but ShiJixing/Dingfeng improved value of sucrose contributing to index of sweet taste of three parts of mesocarp.
