摘要
查尔酮及其衍生物是一种重要的有机中间体。研究了以离子液体1,3-二丁基-2-甲基四氟硼酸咪唑盐([dbmim]BF4)为反应溶剂,以水滑石作催化剂的绿色无污染合成查尔酮的新方法。研究结果表明,当温度为343 K时,在50 mL的[dbmim]BF4中加入0.1 mol苯甲醛和0.1 mol苯乙酮,以2 g水滑石为催化剂,反应2 h,查尔酮产率可以达到98.5%。该反应体系易于产物分离,离子液体和水滑石可以循环使用,可实现绿色无污染合成。
Chalcone and its derivatives arc important organic intermediates. A new green method was studied for synthesis of Chalcone using hydrotalcite as the catalyst in ionic liquid of 1,3-dibutyl-2- methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([dbmim]BF4). Chalcone yield of 98.5 % was attained under the following condition: reaction temperature 343 K, reaction time 2 h, 0. 1 mol benzaldehyde and 0.1 tool hypnone in 50 mL ionic liquid [dbmim]BF4, 2 g hydrotalcite catalyst. The product can be easily separated. The ionic liquid and hydrotaldte can be recycled with no pollution to the environment.
