摘要
通过查阅国内、外有关资料并在此基础上进行分析研究,对体育传播学这一新兴学科的基本理论问题进行阐述;对目前国内、外体育传播学研究的历史与现状进行总结;对体育传播的特征尤其是体育传播学的重要理论之一———体育信息与符号特征进行探讨。研究认为,体育传播是指以体育为传播媒介和传播内容的信息传播活动与行为。体育传播学是以体育的传播现象与规律作为研究对象的学科体系。研究指出,体育的本质是传播。体育既是传播媒介,同时又是传播内容。体育传播的重要特点之一,是以非语言符号作为主要传播介质。
Through investigating vast amount data at home and abroad and making deeply analysis on it, this paper reviewed the basic theory of sport media, a new kind of rising discipline,summed up the history and current situation of its research,especially discussed the sport information and symbol character ,one of the important theory of sport media. The result showed that sport media was the activity and behavior that takes the sport as communication medium and content. The essence of sport media was communication. Sport was both medium and content of communication. One of the important characters of sport media was the nonverbal symbol as the communication medium.
