神经导航辅助显微手术治疗幕上脑深部海绵状血管瘤 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨神经导航辅助的显微手术在治疗幕上脑深部或重要功能区海绵状血管瘤中的应用价值和手术技巧。方法应用神经导航技术,对幕上脑深部或重要功能区的23例海绵状血管瘤行显微外科手术切除。结果在神经导航辅助下,病灶全切除率为100%,无手术死亡,病人临床症状改善,无长期神经功能受损表现。结论神经导航辅助的显微手术治疗幕上脑深部或重要功能区内海绵状血管瘤,定位精确,具有微侵袭特点,可提高海绵状血管瘤病灶切除率,降低手术并发症。 Objective To investigate the clinical value and technique of neuronavigator-assisted microsurgery for cavernous angiomas (CA) located in supratentorial deep brain or functional domain. Methods Twenty-three cases with CA in Supratentorial deep brain underwent neu- ronavigator-assisted microsurgery for CA. Results The CA in Supratentorial deep brain or functional domain were totally removed in all the patients without death. No long-term complications and death were attributed to the neuronavigator-assisted microsurgical operation. Conclusion The neuronavigator-assisted microsurgery for CA in supratentorial deep brain or functional domain is of characters including accurate location, minimal invasiveness, and can enhance the rate of total resection and decrease the operative complications in the patients with intracerebral CA.
