摘要
为进一步了解甘蔗不同品种成熟过程中糖分积累变化过程和工艺成熟过程的特点,以6个不同甘蔗品种为材料,在工艺成熟期对蔗茎蔗糖分、蔗汁还原糖分、蔗汁重力纯度和节间的蔗糖、还原糖含量进行分析。结果表明,ROC 20属特早熟特高糖品种,ROC 16、ROC 22为早熟高糖品种,GT 18属早中熟高糖品种,GT 17为中熟高糖品种,RB 72-454属含糖一般的早中熟品种。
In order to study the characteristics of the sucrose accumulation process and technical maturity process in the maturing process of different sugarcane varieties, six sugarcane varieties were planted as the experimental materials, and some sugarcane quality characters, such as sucrose of cane, reducing sugar in juice and gravity purity of juice, and the content of sucrose and reducing sugar in internode were analyzed during technical maturing stage. The results showed as follows: ROC20 was extra early-maturing with extra high sucrose content, ROC16 and ROC22 were early-maturing with high sucrose content, GT18 was early-middle maturing with high sucrose content, Guitang17 was middle-maturing with high sucrose content, and RB72-454 was early-middle maturing with mean sucrose content.
