摘要
针对水芹种子直接发芽困难的问题,研究不同浓度硝酸钾、双氧水、聚乙二醇、硫酸、赤霉素厦磨擦、热水浸种对破除水芹种子休眠的影响。结果表明,0.1%-3%硝酸钾、49%硫酸浸种能有效破除种子休眠,200mg/L赤霉素对破除水芹种子休眠有一定促进作用,双氧水、聚乙二醇、磨擦对破除水芹种子休眠作用不明显。0.2%硝酸钾、0.05%、0.1%双氧水、10%聚乙二醇能明显提高沙藏种子的活力。50℃以上热水浸种抑制水芹种子发芽,60℃以上热水浸种水芹种子不发芽。
Effects on breaking seed dormancy of water dropwort using diferent concentration of K2NO3, H2O2, PEG, H2SO4, gibberellin and rubbing, seed soaking in hot water were studied, aimed at solving the problem that water dropwort seeds germinated difficultly in direct way. It indicated that: Seed dormancy could be broken effectively by using 0. 1% -3% K2NO3, 49% H2SO4 ,200 mg/L gibberellin had certain improved effect on breaking dormancy. H2O2, PEG, rubbing had not distinct effect on breaking dormancy. 0.2% K2NO3, 0.05% ,0.1% H2O2, 10% PEG could increase vigor of seed which stored by sands. Seeds soaked in hot water whose temperature was above 50℃ was inhibited the seeds to germinate, and the seeds could not germinate when the temperature of water was above 60℃.
