运用财税政策加快建设胶东半岛制造业基地

Promotion of Development of Jiaodong Peninsula Manufacturing Base by Finance-taxation Policy

制造业是国民经济发展的核心组成部分。山东省确立建设胶东半岛制造业基地,希望通过胶东半岛制造业的快速发展推动全省经济的更快发展。两年中,省政府已经制定了一系列发展策略。为进一步提高胶东半岛制造业基地企业的竞争力,应在借鉴国外和国内其它省市发展制造业财税政策经验的基础上,实施促进胶东半岛制造业发展的财税政策。

Manufacturing industry plays a central role in developing national economy. Shandong province has therefore set up the Jiaodong peninsula manufacturing base in hope of propelling its economic growth by the rapid development of the base. In the past two years, Shandong provincial government has established a series of strategies for the development of the base. This paper proposes that, to strengthen the competitiveness of the enterprises at Jiaodong peninsula manufacturing base, Shandong provincial government should firstly learn from abroad and from China＇ s other provinces about their finance - taxation policies for the development of manufacturing industry, and then make and carry out the finance- taxation policies which can promote the development of Jiaodong peninsula manufacturing base.
