摘要
采用酸析结合铁碳内电解法对苎麻废水进行预处理,探讨了pH调节条件及铁碳内电解法对废水处理效果的影响。结果表明,在室温下将废水pH调节至3.00时,由于其中部分有机物析出,CODcr可以从15789.47mg/L下降到11491.23mg/L,CODCr去除率达27.22%,色度去除率达83.58%;接着在pH=3.00,处理时间40min,铁碳加入量比废水(质量比)=1:5,铁比碳=3:1,温度30℃的最佳工艺条件下,用铁碳内电解法进一步处理废水,CODCr可以下降到6948.38mg/L,CODCr去除率接近80%。
Ramie wastewater was pre- treated by acidification combined with ferrous- carbon inner- electrolysis, probing into the influences of ferrous - carbon inner- electrolysis on the treatment of wastewater under pH - adjusted condition. The result showed that under room temperature, with wastewater's pH adjusted to 3.00 and because of emission of organic substance, CODc, decreased from 15,789.47mg/L to 11,491.23mg/L, the removal rate of CODcr and color removal rate reached 27.22% and 83.58% respectively; then with the best technical condition of pH equal to 3.00, 40min of treatment time and the ratio of 3:1 between Fe and Carbon, the mass ratio of wastewater of 1:5 and the temperature of 30℃, CODcr could be reduced to 6,948.38mg/L and CODcr removal rate reached about 80% by ferrous- carbon inner-electrolysis treatment.
