摘要
针对两炉一塔式石灰石湿法脱硫(WFGD)烟气系统的特点,对烟气阻力、增压风机失速、烟道仪表配置、调试和运行等方面的问题进行了探讨和分析,提出了解决问题的可行性方案。介绍了该脱硫系统调试和启动的经验。实践表明,两炉一塔式脱硫系统虽然能降低部分造价,但烟道及其仪表测点的布置难度较大,对调试和运行安全性以及脱硫率控制存有一定风险。
Pointing to the features of the flue gas system of one lwnestone wet FGD matched with two boilers,the problems with the flue gas resistance,booster fan stall,instruments applceation and arrangements,commissioning and operation etc.have been researched experimentally and analyzed,and the feasible options to solve the problems have been put forward.Meanwhile the commissioning and start - up experiences of FGD have been briefed too.The practice shows that,although the two boilers - one tower type FGD system could reduce part capital cost,but the difficulties with the flue and instrument measure points arrangements in the flue are comparatively large,and the certain risks exist on the safety of commissioning and operation and the desulfurization rate.
