摘要
分析了影响超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)熔体流动性的主要因素。这些因素包括添加剂(填料、增塑剂、润滑剂等)、流场参数(温度、剪切速率、静压力、流道形状等)和大分子结构(分子质量及其分布、支化程度等),它们对UHMWPE的流动性均有不同程度的影响;指出为保证UHMWPE在成型加工过程中具有一定的流动性,必须提供一定的压力和足够的热量,选择适当的剪切速率,并以合适的添加剂相配合。
The main factors influencing the flow properties of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) are analyzed. These factors include additive(filler, plasticizer,lubricant, etc. ), flow field parameter(temperature, shear rate, static pressure, runner shape, etc. ) and UHMWPE macromolecular structure (molecular weight and its distribution,branching extent, etc. ),and each of them has different effect on flow properties.It is pointed out that appropriate static pressure,adequate quantity of heat,proper shear rate and additive are needed in molding process of UHMWPE.
