摘要
研究了在温度20~25℃和相对湿度为67%左右的条件下,不同密度和时间玉米象(Sitophilus zeamais Motschulsky)感染小麦引起储藏品质变化的情况.在小麦样品都为200g时玉米象成虫密度分别为4头、8头、16头、32头、64头、128头、256头时,分别感染15d、30d、45d、60d.结果表明:害虫密度的增加和感染时间的延长,小麦干面筋与湿面筋含量、发芽率与发芽势均有所降低,而小麦的脂肪酸值呈升高趋势.同样玉米象成虫密度,30d内的脂肪酸的变化率相对较小.
The content of wet gluten and dry gluten, the germination rate and germination potential of wheat seed were examined which was infected by Sitophilus zeamais Motschulsky in laboratory. The wheat was infected by the weevils at population of 4,8,16,32,64,128,256 individuals per 200 grams of grain. And it was examined after 15, 30, 45, 60 days separately, under the condition of 20-25 centigrade and about 67 % relative humidity. The results indicate that the content of wet gluten, the content of dry gluten, the germination rate and the germination potential decrease with increasing of insect number and time, respectively. While the fatty acid value increases with the time going on. Furthermore, the quality parameters as before changed more obviously when the time over 30 days.
