摘要
本文用半微分极谱法研究了在酶催化下多巴胺与二茂铁在水/硝基苯界面电子传递过程。当硝基苯相的二茂铁过量时,界面的电子传递过程由水相多巴胺的扩散控制。在酶催化氧化下多巴胺和二茂铁间的电子传递过程是:首先在多酚氧化酶催化下多巴胺被溶液中的氧所氧化,接着氧化态的多巴胺和二茂铁在界面发生电子传递反应,酶起桥梁催化作用,二茂铁为电子传递介体。在一定条件下,半微分峰电流和多巴胺浓度呈线性。线性范围1~60mg/L。可被用于多巴胺的测定。
The electron transfer between dopamine(DA) and ferrocene (Fe(CP)2) redox couple at water/nitrobenzene (W/NB) interface catalyzed by enzyme has been studied by neopolarography. When the concentration of Fe (CP)2 (NB) exceeds that of DA many times, the electron transfer process at W/NB interface is controlled by the .diffusion of DA (W).Dopamine is first oxidized by oxygen(W) under the catalysis of the catechol-oxydase and the electron transfer reaction between DA and Fe(CP), redox couple at W/NB interface occurs.The semi-differential peak current is proportional to the concentration of DA in given conditions. The linear range is 1~60 mg/L. The present method can be used for the determination of DA.
