摘要
在NaHSO3分解模拟工业气氛下,对碳钢进行了静态加速腐蚀试验,采用红外吸收光谱(IR)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对锈层进行了分析,结果表明,SO2环境中碳钢腐蚀的主要产物为-αFeOOH、δ-FeOOH和Fe3O4等。文章还对腐蚀产物的形成过程进行了讨论。
Accelerated corrosion tests in simulating industrial environments obtained by decomposition of NaHSO3 were conducted. Corrosion products were analyzed by IR, XRD and SEM; Corrosion rate was measured. The forming mechanism of α-FeOOH,δ-FeOOH and Fe3O4 in the rust was put forward.
