银川市8～18岁学生生长发育现状分析

Analysis of Growth and Development on 8～18 Age in Yinchuan

目的了解银川市8～18岁学生的生长发育状况,为儿童青少年卫生保健工作提供理论依据.方法采用随机整群抽样的方法对银川市8557名8～18岁学生进行身高、体重、胸围、肺活量及体重百分位数的调查.结果银川市8～18岁学生的生长发育状况符合一般的发育规律,男、女生的形态及肺活量等指标随年龄的增长而上升,身高的发育曲线呈现两次交叉,营养状况良好占81.6%.结论银川市儿童青少年生长发育状况良好.

Objective To study the growth and development status of 8-18 Age Students, and to provide theoretical basis for the corresponding hygienic work. Methods Eight thousand and five hundred fifty five students aged 8 - 18 in Yinchuan were investigated in body height, body weight, chest circumference, vital capacity and body weight percentile by random and cluster sampling. Results The tendency of growth and development of 8 - 18 Age Students in Yinchuan city was corresponded with the average development regularity. The morphological and lung capability parameters in male and female increased with age. Two cross phenomena were observed in the development trend of body height. Nutritional status of the students was better （81.6%） in Yingchuan city. Conclusion The growth and development status of children and adolescents was improvement.
