摘要
对耐久性问题的研究促使人们考虑材料性能随时间变化的规律,但是耐久性与安全性、适用性之间并非相互独立,它们之间存在着密切的联系.通过对结构时域可靠度和耐久性的研究提出:安全性和适用性是对结构可靠性的基本分类,耐久性则是可靠性中涉及材料性能退化的特殊问题,它或者属于适用性,或者属于安全性;对耐久性问题,既可从时间角度进行分析和控制,也可从结构状态的角度进行分析和控制,而且两者对应的可靠概率相等,这一结论对于当前耐久性和可靠性的研究有着重要意义.
Careful consideration should be given to the problem of the deterioration of the material properties. Actually, a close relationship between the durability, safety, and serviceability exits. The time-depended reliability and durability of structures are deeply discussed in this paper. The safety and serviceability are two basic classifications of the reliability. The durability, which belongs to either the serviceability or the safety, is a special issue relating to the deterioration of the material properties. The durability could be analyzed and controlled either from the aspect of the structural state or from the aspect of the time, and the results obtained with both methods are same in quantity. These conclusions are great meaningful for present study on the durability and reliability of structures.
