摘要 以新疆库尔勒香梨为试材,研究了果实采后1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)对叶绿素含量变化、呼吸强度、乙烯产生、果胶酶的影响。结果表明:1-MCP对叶绿素的降解有一定的抑制作用。降低果实的呼吸强度,推迟呼吸高峰的出现,250 nL/L和500 nL/L 1-MCP处理使呼吸跃变延后24 d。1-MCP处理推迟或抑制了果实乙烯高峰的产生。250 nL/L和1 000 nL/L的1-MCP处理明显抑制了果胶酶的活性。 Fragrant pear (Pyrus sinkiangensis Yu) was used to investigate the effects oi 1-MCP (1-methylcyclopropene) postharvest treatment on chlorophyll, respiration, ethylene production and pecticase, The results indicated that the degradation of chlorophyll was controlled with 1-MCP treatment. The respiration rate was decreased. The climacteric peak of respiration was postponed for 24 d by 1-MCP at concentration of 250 nL/L and 500 nL/L. The ethylene production of fruit was inhibited with 1-MCP at three concentrations. The pecticase of fruit treated with 1-MCP at concentration of 250 nL/L and 500 nL/L was inhibited.
