中国男子排球队与世界强队进攻能力的比较分析

Comparative Attacking Analysis on The Chinese Men's Volleyball Team and World Top Team

采用文献资料和录像统计等方法,对中国男子排球队在世界杯比赛中得失分情况进行了定量分析。结果显示:中国男子排球队应结合实战需要,在跳发速度、力量、弧度上下功夫,致力于发球技术的创新,进一步增强得分和破攻的能力;4、2号位的强攻仍然是现代排球运动中主要的得分手段,中国队应结合自身特点,多增加拉开、跑动中进攻的技术,有效地利用网长展开进攻。在身高等素质上与国外运动员没有很大的差距,应该多加强技术扣球的技术含量;3号位的快攻是中国队的特色,快速多变的立体进攻是现代排球的精髓。中国队应该发挥自己的强项,把快变和立体进攻结合起来,作为本身技术的突破口,以此为依托,多点得分全面开花,实施以“快、变、灵”为核心,以“快”为灵魂的训练思路,并强化以此为中心的体能与技术全面提高的训练理念。

Through using the method of literature and video statistics, this paper made quantitative analysis on winning and losing score of China man＇s volleyball team in World Cup. The result showed that China man＇s volleyball team should work hardly on velocity of jumping serve, strength and curve combining with actual competition, devoted to creation of serve technique and further strengthen the ability of scoring and block attack. The smash at position of number 4 and 2 was still the main means of scoring in modern volleyball movement. According to the character of China team, the attack technique during running and undrawing should be increased and fully used the net length for attack. With the little difference on quality of body height between China player and foreign one, the technical skill of smash should be strengthened. The quick attack at position number 3 was the characteristic of China team, quick and variable solid attack was the soul of modern volleyball. China should use the own advantage, combining the quick and variation with solid attack as the breakthrough of technique, implement the training idea of quick, variation and agility as the core and quick as soul. Based on it, the physical ability and technique should be improved comprehensively in training and competition.
