摘要
研究了火花源原子发射光谱仪分析低合金钢中碳的重复性和再现性。实验采用低合金钢标准样品在5台光谱仪上测试含碳量。采用统计方法分析了测试数据,剔除异常数据后计算了质量水平(m)、重复性(r)和再现性(R),并在此基础上建立了r-m,R-m的回归方程。将该方法得到的重复性和再现性结果与国内外的标准进行了比较,同时说明重复性和再现性的应用。通过分析发现碳的重复性优于国家标准,劣于JIS标准,碳的再现性与标准相比还有差距。
Repeatability and reproducibility of carbon in low-alloy steel analyzed by spark source atomic emission spectrometry are studied. Five spectrometers are applied in this experiment to measure carbon content in low-alloy steel standard samples. Statistical methods are used to analyze the test data, and mass level (m), repeatability(r) and reproducibility(R) are calculated after abnormal data have been eliminated. Regression equations of r-m and R-m are established. Comparison of carbon' s r and R between this method and domestic and overseas standards is made, and their applications are illustrated. It is found that carbon' s repeatability is better than that of the domestic standards and worse than that of the JIS. There is still a gap in carbon reproducibility between the data we get with this method and those with the domestic standards.
