摘要
方向盘是汽车上重要的安全部件,对材料的使用性能要求较高。介绍了制造汽车方向盘骨架及外包覆层的常用材料,对这些不同材质方向盘的应用现状、性能优劣及成形方法进行了深入分析,重点讨论了新型镁合金方向盘骨架的优势、成形方法及研究开发现状,并展望了今后研究的方向。
The steering wheel is one of the most important security parts in motors, and the requirement of materials properties in application is very high. In the paper, the usual materials used in steering wheel framework and exterior coating are introduced, and their application status, properties and forming methods of the different materials steering wheel are also analyzed. Superiorities, forming methods and R & D states of newly-model magnesium alloys steering wheel framework are placed an emphasis in analysis and research, foreground in future are prospected.
