浅谈60-12TS改进型Vz200单开道岔的运输、预铺及维护

研究目的:60-12TS改进型Vz 200道岔是我国近两年来铁路大提速所采用的主要道岔。由于过岔的列车行驶速度普遍较高,如何避免道岔因预铺及维护不善导致道岔在使用过程中形成不必要的伤损甚至对列车的过岔走行条件造成一定的影响是十分关键的问题。研究方法:本文主要介绍60-12 TS改进型Vz 200道岔在运输、预铺及维护等几个方面应注意的问题。研究结论:通过对该道岔在预铺中易忽视的问题及预铺和维护的程序等方面的简介,为线路的工程施工提供了部分参考依据。

Research purposes ：The 60 -12TS advanced version Vz200 turnout is the main turnout which the our country near for two year railroads greatly raises fast uses. Because has branched off the train moving velocity is generally higher, how avoids the turnout because the laying and the maintenance bad causes the turnout to form not essential in the use process injures has branched even off to the train the good condition to have the certain influence is the extremely essential question. Research methods ：This paper mainly introduced 60 -12TS in the advanced version Vz200 turnout the question which in the transportation, the laying and the maintenance and so on several aspects should pay attention. Research conclusions ：Through introducing the neglected problems of this turnout in the transportation, the laying and the maintenance, this paper has provided the partial reference for the line project construction.
