氩激光治疗Coats病临床疗效观察

The clinical observe of argon laser treating Coats disease

目的：探讨氩激光治疗Coats病的临床疗效。方法：对42例（43眼）经眼科临床确诊的Coats病患者，采用氩激光光凝治疗，治疗后经3个月～7年8个月随访，对比分析治疗前后的眼底血管荧光造影及视力情况。结果：激光治疗有效34例（35眼），有效率80．9％，无效8例，无效率19．1％；视力增进11例，占26．2％，视力无变化26例，占61．9％，视力下降5例，占11．9％。结论：氩激光治疗Coats病效果肯定，特别是早期病变光凝治疗效果良好。

Objective：To explore the effect of argon laser treating Coats disease.Methods：Argon laser was performed on 42 patients（45 eyes） who had been made a definite diagnosis.The follon-up time was from 3-93 months.A comparison of the FFA and visual acuity before and after treatment was made.Results：34 cases（35 eyes） were valid, the efficient of treating Coats disease is 80.9%,8 cases were invalid,the efficent is 19.1%;visual a cuity enhanced in 11 cases（26.2%）,no changed in 26 cases （61.9%）,decended in 5 cases （11.9%）.Conclusion：Treating Coats disease with argon laser is effective,especially to the early stage.
