摘要
研究了Fe3+、Al3+、Mg2+、Ga2+四种金属离子在红柱石上的吸附行为及其对红柱石可浮性的影响。发现Fe3+对红柱石—十二烷基磺酸钠浮选体系具有活化作用,而Al3+、Mg2+、Ca2+三离子对红柱石的浮选起抑制作用。认为金属离子吸附在矿物表面上是其具有活化作用的前提条件。提出用吸附沉淀百分数(PAP)表示金属离子对矿物的活化能力,PAP越大,活化能力越强,PAP小到一定程度,金属离子就起抑制作用。
The adsorption behavior of metal ions,such as Fe3+,AI3+, Mg2+,Ca2+ on andalusite and their influence on andalusite floatability are investigated in detail.It is discovered that iron ion Fe3+ can activate andalusite flotation in the presence of sodium dodecyl sulfonate.However,metal ions,such as Al3+,Mg2+,Ca2+ depress andalusite flotation under the same conditions.It is recognized that adsorption of metal ions on mineral surface is the prerequisite for activation.The authors put forward a percentage of adsorptive precipitation (PAP) representing metal ions'activating power on mineral flotation.The greater the PAP of a metal ion,the stronger its activating power is.When PAP of a metal ion is smaller than a certain value,the metal ion will depress the flotation of minerals.
