摘要
考察了扩链系数对异氰脲酸酯改性的聚氨酯脲弹性体(PUU)性能的影响,通过改变扩链系数探讨PUU的力学性能和耐溶剂性能的变化规律。测试结果表明,扩链系数为0.8时,弹性体的拉伸强度和撕裂强度达到最大值,分别为27.64 MPa和90kN.m-1,100%定伸应力则在扩链系数为0.6时达到最大值6.23MPa,扯断伸长率、硬度随着扩链系数的增大单调增大;耐溶剂性实验表明,PUU耐乙酸乙酯较好,耐环己酮较差。在四氢呋喃、乙酸乙酯中试片10 h后溶胀率达到恒定值,最佳值为1.32。
The influence of chain extension coefficient on properties of PUU elastomers modified by isocyanurate was studied. The results showed that the tensile strength and tear strength reached the maximum 27. 64 MPa and 90 kN · m^-1 when the chain extension coefficient (f) was 0. 8, and the tensile strength at 100% reached the maximum 6.23 MPa when f = 0.6, the elongation at break and the hardness (shore A) increased with the increase of f. The results of solvent resistance indicated that the property was poorest in cyclohexanone, hut best in ethyl acetate. The degree of swelling would be constant after 10 hours in THF and ethyl acetate, and the optimum value was 1.32.
