摘要
目的:探讨SAPS-CoVIgG在人体内的持续时间。方法:对发病后不同时间采集的176例临床诊断病例的血清标本;采用北京华大GBI生物技术有限公司生产的间接ELISA试剂,进行SARS-CoVIgG抗体的检测,结果:在发病后的0-7d、8-14d、15-21d、31~60d内,SARS-CoVIgG的累计阳性率分别为11.80%、38.46%、77.27%、22-30d升至91.67%,然后进入平台期;在3个月时,抗体阳性率达到100%,一年时仍维持在93.88%,到两年时,阳性率下降为88.89%。SARS IgG的OD值随时间升高的速度慢于阳性率,在90~120d与阳性率的峰值吻合,半年以后开始下降,到1年和2年时,抗体的滴度下降了22%和40%。结论:SARS-CoVIgG可维持2年以上,但已呈下降趋势。
Objective: To figure out the persistent time of IgG antitibody to SARS-CoV in SARS cases. Methods: The IgG antitbodies to SARS- CoV were tested by indirect ELISA in sera samples of 176 confirmed SARS cases. Results During days of 0 - 7, 8 - 14, 15 -21, after symptoms onset, the cumulated positive rate of SARS-CoV IgG was 11.76%, 38.46%, 77.27% respectively. In 22-30 days, the cumulated positive rate reaches 91.67%, then kept at the level above 90% until the third months when positive rate is 100%. The cumulated positive rate of SARS-CoV IgG in 1 year was declined to 93.88%, but 88.89% of SARS cases was still kept positive IgG antitbodies to SARS- CoV after 2 years. The increasing speed of optical density value of SARS - CoV IgG was slower than that of cumulated positive rate of SARS - CoV IgG. The curve of optical density value was intersected with the peak of the curve of positive rate during 90-120d, then declined by 22% from 6 months and declined by 40% in 1 and 2 years.Conclusion: The IgG antibodies to SARS- CoV can be maintained for more than 2 years wheile the decreasing trend of titer for SARS-CoV IgG occur.
