妊娠期妇女尿沉渣中细胞变异的分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过对尿沉渣中细胞成分分析,定量分析妊娠期泌尿系统的生理改变。方法:采用随机抽样的方法,使用UF-100对521例妊娠各期妇女的尿沉渣结果进行分析。结果:孕早期尿沉渣中红细胞、白细胞和上皮细胞数均低于孕中晚期,而孕中、晚期之间无差别。结论:孕中晚期泌尿系统的改变增大,不可忽略这一时期的临床用药及孕妇本人的卫生保健。 Objective: According to the analysis of cell variances of urinary sediments in pregnancy, to quantitatively study the physiological variations in urogenital system. Methods: The urinary sediments of 521 cases which were sampled randomly were analysed by UF- 100. Results. The count of RBC, WBC, EC in early period of pregnancy were lower than other period of pregnancy. There were no difference between metaphase and terminal period. Conclusion: In metaphase and terminal period, there are more physiological changes, thus more attention should be paid to medication and health education to pregnant women.
